1.Made up from a mixture of no-free salts compounds and other ‎Organic  compounds,mainly used in

refining process for car, motorcycle hub, A356,A380,A386,pure Aluminium and strontium modifying,

Phosphorus modifying

Descriptions: white powder(1kg/bag) or can be cylinder shape(0.5kg/tablet)

Processing temparature: 700°C~780°C

Recommended usage: adding according to 0.2-0.5% of flux weight, and can increase or decrease proportionally.

3.Usage

 Put quantitative fluxes into bell jar and press into deep flux within refining temperature,

and steadly move to other parts, until fluxes complete reaction, can Spray powder into deep

aluminium liquids for big reverberatory. Fully agitating will be better. Or can directly spray powder

 into aluminium liquids surface, Fully agitatin aluminium dross, flux dross present drying, powder,

in good selectivity with aluminium liquids, loose, easy to remove.
